When you rent a unit, verification will be sent to the provided mobile number. This code needs to be used to log in to the app for the first time. As soon as you have logged in, you must read and accept all terms and conditions and change your password. As this app was developed by Noké, its logo appears on our homepage. Only your name, surname, mobile number and e-mail address are available in the app.
I have not received a message with a verification code
Try the Forgot my password option on the Home page of the app. If this does not work, make sure the phone number indicated in the My pages section is correct. The phone number should be provided in the following format + 371XXXXXXXX. If your number is correct and you have not received a code, call us at +371 22321000 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I accidentally open my storage unit?
Doors and gates to Self Storage, as well as your personal storage unit can only be opened if your Bluetooth connection is active and you are no further than 5 m from the sensor.
What should I do if the app does not work?
Make sure Bluetooth and geolocation are activated; close and re-open the app; verify whether any updates are available in the AppStore or Google Play; the Bluetooth device of your car may interfere with the app. If you are using your car’s Bluetooth mode, we recommend disconnecting the call.

Why do I need to change my password?
So that only you have access to your personal password.
Can I give others access to my storage space?
You can give other persons access to your unit. This can be done in the Users section, by clicking on the + sign in the top right corner. At your request, a user may be removed in the same section.
